SALLY COURTNEY
Registered Clinical Nutritional Therapist DipCNM
Helping people make sense of their health
Sally is a metabolic health and functional nutrition practitioner with a background in scientific research. She specialises in helping people to build the strongest possible foundations enabling them to enjoy more years with energy, purpose, and independence. Sally is passionate about helping people understand the factors that influence their health, and providing practical guidance, so they can make informed choices and achieve lasting improvements in their wellbeing.
She works with a wide range of clients, from those looking to optimise their health and maintain vitality as they age, to individuals recovering from illness, or living with complex or chronic health conditions. Her experience includes supporting people navigating metabolic health concerns, autoimmune conditions, mental health challenges, chronic fatigue and long covid, cancer patients during and beyond treatment, and helping Paralympic athletes achieve medal-winning performances.
What sets Sally apart is her naturally curious approach and her skill at recognising patterns that may be overlooked when health is viewed through a single lens. She takes time to understand each person’s medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, and individual circumstances before integrating with scientific evidence to develop a personalised plan. Where appropriate, she also uses functional testing and advanced blood chemistry analysis to answer specific clinical questions.

Alongside her clinical expertise, Sally is an experienced professional coach. She understands that knowing what to do is only part of the journey; putting it into practice is often the greater challenge. She works in partnership with her clients to turn complex science into practical, achievable steps that fit their lives and support sustainable change. She also values working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure each client receives coordinated, joined-up care.
Clients describe Sally as thorough, thoughtful, sensitive, and compassionate. They value her ability to explain complex science with clarity, while providing realistic support to make lasting change achievable.
In addition to her nutrition qualification, Sally holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from King’s College London and a Master of Professional Practice in Coaching and Learning Design from Middlesex University. She has completed advanced training in nutrigenomics, functional blood chemistry analysis, sport and exercise nutrition, integrative metabolic health, and trauma-informed care, and is a member of both the General Naturopathic Council and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.
Her goal is simple: to help people build the strongest possible foundations for lifelong health adding not just years to life, but life to those years.
