Jasel Small

Registered Dietitian and Specialist in Women’s Health Nutrition

HCPC registration number DT28998. Member of the British Dietetic Association BSc Nutrition. MSc Dietetics

Jasel Small is a HCPC-registered dietitian and women’s health specialist with over ten years of NHS experience. She has worked across multiple NHS trusts including Guy’s Hospital, London and the Churchill Hospital, Oxford. Holding a BSc in Nutrition
and an MSc in Dietetics from King’s College London, she combines clinical rigour with genuine warmth, translating the science into clear, practical advice that can be integrated into day-to-day life.

Her work spans across every stage of women’s health, from fertility and pregnancy through to perimenopause and menopause, and she has particular expertise in managing PCOS and endometriosis. Nutrition plays a powerful role in helping to lower inflammation, regulate blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity and support healthy hormone balance. When so much can feel out of a woman’s control, the right nutritional knowledge can hand that control back. Jasel’s approach is to share the science behind her advice in a way that genuinely makes sense, empowering women to make confident, informed choices about their health.

Alongside her private practice, Jasel delivers educational talks on women’s health to a range of organisations, from GP practices to corporate teams supporting their employees’ wellbeing.
