Fatima Hussain

ANutr – Registered Nutritionist

Fatima Hussain is a Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach specialising in metabolic health, disease prevention, and healthy ageing. After graduating from King’s College London, she built her career across the UK and Canada, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve lasting improvements in their health
through evidence-based nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change. Her approach combines nutritional science with physical movement and behaviour change strategies as personalised coaching to help clients build habits that deliver meaningful, long-term results.

Fatima’s passion for nutrition was shaped by witnessing the disproportionate impact of metabolic disease within South Asian and other ethnically diverse communities. This inspired her to focus on prevention through education and empowering people
to take control of their health rather than once chronic disease develops. She believes that the most effective healthcare addresses the root causes of illness by integrating nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle factors, rather than relying solely on medication to manage symptoms.

Passionate about making healthy eating both enjoyable and sustainable, Fatima loves baking and cooking, often reinventing traditional family favourites into nutritious, balanced meals without compromising on flavour. She also recognises the profound influence of mental wellbeing on long-term health and believes that chronic stress is one of the most underestimated barriers to healthy ageing and longevity. Her coaching encourages practical strategies such as improving sleep quality, developing stress resilience, practising mindfulness and breathing techniques, and creating realistic habits that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
