BETH WHEELER
MSc Human Nutrition & MSc Dietetics & Nutrition
Beth Wheeler is a UK Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist. She believes that food has the power not only to treat and prevent disease, but to enhance quality of life, support healthy ageing, and help people feel their best at every stage of life.
Beth has a special interest in supporting people with eating disorders and disordered eating. Drawing on both her professional expertise in the NHS and lived experience, she provides compassionate, non-judgemental care that helps clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food and move towards recovery with confidence. She incorporates evidence-based behavioural approaches, including motivational interviewing, empowering clients to explore their own motivations for change, overcome barriers, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
Beth also has a particular interest in body composition, metabolic health, and sustainable weight management. Combining her clinical expertise with her work as a fitness trainer, she helps clients improve their health without restrictive diets or unrealistic expectations. Her approach focuses on building lifelong habits that support muscle health, energy, metabolic function, and disease prevention, enabling clients to achieve lasting results.

Whether supporting someone with a specific health condition or helping them optimise their nutrition for long-term health, Beth works collaboratively to develop realistic, personalised strategies that fit their lifestyle and goals. Her warm, approachable style enables clients to feel heard, understood, and supported, while providing the confidence and knowledge needed to make meaningful, lasting changes.
