Gastroenterology | Sports Nutrition | Behaviour Change

April Valenzuela is a Specialist Registered Dietitian with clinical experience in the NHS and expertise spanning gastroenterology, sports nutrition, mental health and behaviour change. She combines rigorous scientific knowledge with a highly personalised approach, helping clients use nutrition strategically to support long-term health, vitality and performance.

April believes exceptional nutrition care begins with understanding the individual, not simply the symptoms or numbers. She takes the time to understand each client’s health, lifestyle, preferences and goals before translating complex nutrition science into a clear, practical and sustainable plan. Her approach is evidence-based yet highly individualised, with a focus on meaningful changes that can be integrated into everyday life.
