HCPC Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist/Coach
With over 13 years of clinical experience, Ai is a HCPC-registered Dietitian specialising in the prevention and management of cardiometabolic conditions. Her career has spanned the NHS, private healthcare and the charitable sector, where she has supported individuals in improving their health through evidence-based, personalised nutrition.
She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition and a Master of Science in Nutrition and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Dietetic Association (BDA). Throughout her career, she has worked alongside multidisciplinary teams, delivering specialist nutritional care for people living with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity and other metabolic health conditions.
A passionate advocate for preventative medicine and healthy ageing, Ai believes that nutrition, movement and lifestyle are the cornerstones of long-term health. Her clinical approach extends beyond managing existing conditions, focusing on early intervention to optimise metabolic health, reduce future disease risk and support healthy ageing.

Alongside her clinical dietetic practice, she has developed extensive expertise in exercise and lifestyle medicine. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Level 3 Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates Instructor, and has completed specialist training in prenatal and postnatal Reformer Pilates. This complementary expertise allows her to integrate nutrition, exercise and behaviour change into a cohesive, evidence-based approach, helping patients build sustainable habits that enhance both health and quality of life.
An integral part of her practice is the interpretation of blood biomarkers and clinical investigations, enabling her to develop personalised nutrition strategies tailored to each patient’s metabolic health profile. Combined with extensive training in behaviour change, she works collaboratively with patients to create realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that deliver meaningful, long-term improvements in health. Her approach is practical, compassionate and rooted in the latest scientific evidence.
